To perform this spell, you must find a suitable shell in
shallow water. Take the shell and dry it thoroughly. Next,
place a symbol of your desire upon the surface of the shell.
The symbol must be made with a substance which will easily
wash off in water.
Place the shell upon the shore, so that the Tide will bring
waves across the shell. Take care to note the phase of the
Moon (waxing moon for the gain of something, waning for the
dissolving of something). When the shell is in place, draw a
triangle in the sand, enclosing the shell completely.
The symbol upon the shell must be facing upwards (toward the
Moon). Meaningful words, or phrases, may be placed upon the
shell also, or simply written in the sand (inside the
triangle).
Finally, give the words of enchantment: (toward the moon)
Goddess of Moon, Earth, and the Sea,
Each wish in Thy name must come to be.
Powers and Forces which Tides do make,
Now summon Thy waves, my spell to take
Leave the area now, and the spell is set. Once the waves
come, then your wish will be taken out to the Old Ones. It
will usually take about 7 days for a Lunar spell to begin to
manifest, but can take as long as 28 days.

[This is a spell called "Burying the Hatchet." It is used to end strife
within a family or between friends:]
get a sapling tree... type is not particular to anything but your own
tastes... or rather the tastes of the two people burying the hatchet..
get an old hatchet, some leather straps, *or ribbons*... (the
ribbons/string should be appropriate for each individual who will be
burying the hatchet...if there are witnesses, they don't need to have a
ribbon as this is for those who have "ill" feelings for each other) take
a strand of hair from each person involved in the spell... (including
witnesses) including yourself if you happen to be present...
dig a deep hole into the ground where you will be planting the tree...
about 1 1/2 or 2 feet pending on the size of the roots of the young tree...
put the hair at the bottom of the hole... tie the straps/ribbons around
the hatchet, and place into the hole... The people who will be burying
it will have to be the two that have to patch things up... Essentially,
they must both hold onto the hatchet as it is placed into the bottom of
the hole, and say the following words at the same time: *I'm sorry*...
Or if you want to get mystical... they could each express their desire
to 'bury the hatchet' between them and get on with life... this can be
done in prayer form or whatever form they feel comfortable in doing
so... but essentially it should be a heartfelt *i'm sorry* that is said
between them...
then everyone (including witnesses) involved lifts the tree up and places
it into the ground on top of the hatchet... water the tree well throughout
your lives... as it will stand for the strongest and hardest thing that
two people can do... appologise regardless of what happened...
once the hatchet is buried, it really should never be brought up again in
conversation... no strict law about it, but they've taken the steps to
breaking the hold of their own egos/pride/rightousness... AND if you
want to make it an awesome day... They can be the 'guests' of honour at
a bbq put on by yourself or whoever else wanted to host the 'burying of
the hatchet ritual...
There should be no need to repeat this spell... just go and sit around
the tree and enjoy its shade whenever times get too loaded up with
"egomania / pridemania / rightousness"...

When someone gets emotionally sad for no known reason -- especially a woman -- i usually suspect hormonal imbalance. It can be a female hormone thing (e.g. estrogen-mediated) or it could be a generic brain-chemical thing (e.g. low serotonin). Before beginning any spell work, i would try to address the physical roots of those issues -- by doing things to raise serotonin and to get the old estrogen/oxytocin pump tuned and oiled. Here are a few suggestions:
Serotonin enhancing activities (may be combined for best effect)
rhythmic motions (chewing gum, kneading, suckling, knitting, running)
making love
getting enough sleep; taking melatonin to sleep if needed
(melatonin is a seratonin byproduct that may be temporarily low)
being praised by someone you respect
being massaged
moderate physical exercise
drinking St. John's Wort tea or taking it in capsules
Estrogen/oxytocin tuning activities (may be combined for best effect)
being suckled on
drinking Angelica Root (dong quai) and/or licorice root tea
having an orgasm
being groomed by someone, especially having the hair groomed
taking DHEA tablets as directed on label of product
(DHEA is an estrogen/testosterone precursor)
After initiating a program that includes as many of the above activities as possible, then it is time
